Videographer

We are seeking a talented and trend-conscious Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing the artistry of our treatments, the professionalism of our medical staff, and the luxury experience of our clinic. Your goal is to create high-conversion video content that demystifies aesthetic procedures while maintaining a high-end, "clean girl" aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram (Reels), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Treatment Capture: Film live procedures (Injections, Lasers, Facials) ensuring clinical safety and patient privacy are maintained.
• Storytelling: Create "Before & After" transformations, educational "Doctor-led" explainers, and "Day in the Life" clinic vlogs.
• Post-Production: Color grade footage to match our brand’s palette (typically bright, airy, and skin-tone focused) and add trending audio/captions.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends within the beauty and wellness space to keep our brand relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Mirrorless cameras (Sony A7SIII or similar) and mobile cinematography.
• Editing Software: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, and mobile editors like CapCut.
• Lighting: Ability to set up soft, flattering lighting that minimizes skin imperfections and highlights "the glow."
• Discretion: Ability to work in a clinical environment with a professional, calm demeanor around patients.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a "luxury/beauty" aesthetic (clean lines, soft focus, high-end transitions).

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or medical industry.
• A keen understanding of TikTok/Reels algorithms.
• Basic photography skills for high-resolution "Before & After" stills.
