Job Description Summary
The Associate Health Informatics Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing and healthcare data, utilizing their working knowledge in at least one of the relevant solutions and medical domains to enhance healthcare operations and optimize the use of digital healthcare solutions at JHAH.

- Collect integrate analyze and validate healthcare data in collaboration with stakeholders to generate fitforpurpose reports dashboards and presentations that lead to datadriven improvements in patient care patient outcomes healthcare workflows public health operational efficiency research projects adoption of digital innovations and clinical decisionmaking
- Ensure that the handling of health information complies with relevant best practices regulatory requirements enterprise architecture standards governance programs and cybersecurity policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance healthcare operations and optimize use of digital healthcare solutions
- Develop implement and maintain training programs for staff on advanced healthcare analytics
- Manage engagements with contracted vendors for health informatics support managed services or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope time cost and quality constraints
- Investigate and resolve health informatics related incidents in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
- Fulfill health informatics related service requests in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
- Evaluate and process IT demand requests involving medical solutions and support fulfillment of those that are approved in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and by following the organizations IT project management framework
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field.
Professional Certifications Required
.-Certified Informatics Specialist by Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Sample of preferred certifications: .-Certifications relevant to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and/or ancillary medical systems adopted at JHAH .-Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS) .-Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) .-Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist (CHTS) .-Project Management Professional (PMP) .-IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
