Job Description

A Call Center Representative in an aesthetic and dental clinic plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and assisting clients with their inquiries. They serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless communication experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and messages from patients regarding clinic services, treatments, and procedures.
  • Provide detailed information about aesthetic and dental treatments.
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system.
  • Coordinate with dentists, dermatologists, and other specialists to manage appointment slots.
  • Send reminders via SMS, email, or phone calls .
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointment history, and follow-ups.
  • Promote the clinic’s services, special offers, and treatment packages.
  • Provide recommendations on suitable aesthetic or dental treatments based on patient needs.
  • Assist in processing payments and guiding patients through financing options.
  • Collaborate with front desk and administrative teams for smooth patient flow.
  • Assist in handling emergency appointment requests and urgent patient needs.
  • Keep updated on the clinic’s latest treatments, technologies, and promotions.
  • Update patient information in the clinic’s system.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic and dental procedures is an advantage for upselling services.
