About the Role

Central Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our growing Dermatology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating appointments through outbound calls, converting leads into booked consultations, promoting our dermatology services and aesthetic treatments, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed dermatology appointments.
• Promote dermatology consultations, aesthetic procedures, skincare packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Follow up with patients who missed appointments or requested information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through professional communication.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
• Accurately document all patient interactions in the clinic's CRM/EMR system.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the Dermatology Department.
• Address patient inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to maximize campaign success.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center operations.
• Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or cosmetic clinics is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation with a persuasive and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM/EMR systems).
