Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role, exclusively for Emirati nationals, situated on-site at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves interacting with patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, providing information on hospital services, and collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience or skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Service Representatives.
• Proficiency in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding Customer Experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to address inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and patient-focused healthcare environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles
