About the Role

BGS Medical Center is seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Derma Assistant to join our growing Dermatology and Aesthetic Department. The successful candidate will assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners in delivering high-quality medical and aesthetic treatments while ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, machines, and consumables before and after procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
• Assist in various dermatology and aesthetic treatments, including:
• Carbon Laser Peel
• Chemical Peels
• HydraFacial
• Microneedling
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Treatments
• Mesotherapy
• Skin Booster Treatments
• Acne and Acne Scar Treatments
• Wart and Skin Tag Removal
• Pigmentation Treatments
• Botox and Dermal Filler Procedures
• IV Drips and Wellness Treatments
• Facial Rejuvenation Procedures
• Prepare patients before treatments and provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the physician.
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any concerns to the treating physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, and treatment products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all treatment rooms and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English is required.
• Knowledge of dermatology, laser, and aesthetic procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and patient-centered approach.
• DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License is an advantage.
