Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Assistant located in Abu Dhabi. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily clinical operations, including patient care, preparing and maintaining medical records, handling medical office tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Responsibilities also include assisting physicians during examinations, explaining treatment procedures, and maintaining a professional and organized working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Assisting, including patient interactions and clinical support
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology for accurate communication and documentation
• Familiarity with Medical Office tasks such as scheduling, record management, and general coordination
• Skills in Patient Care and understanding patient needs within a clinical setting
• Knowledge and experience in handling Medical Records in compliance with confidentiality and accuracy standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or certification in Medical Assisting or a related field
• Prior experience in ophthalmology or eye care services is an advantage
