Head of Pediatric Physical Therapy Department

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to lead our Physical Therapy Department. The ideal candidate will hold advanced certifications and demonstrate clinical excellence and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise the pediatric physical therapy team.

· Provide high-level, hands-on therapy sessions to children.

· Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

· Train and mentor junior therapists.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care planning.

Qualifications:

· PhD or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized university.

· Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or academic role.

· Advanced certifications preferred (e.g., NDT, Prechtl’s GMA, Schroth, Kinetic Control).

· Strong clinical background in treating children with neurodevelopmental conditions.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
