Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM / HRM Fusion Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Fusion applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of both functional HR processes and technical development within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Fusion modules in line with business requirements.
  • Provide techno-functional expertise, including both functional configuration and technical development.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Customize and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Absence Management.
  • Develop and maintain reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business processes and provide optimal system solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for system configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies and Oracle best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion.
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation and support projects.
  • Experience in functional configuration and technical development.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle reporting tools and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, workflows, and approvals.
  • Oracle HCM certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
