Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification, billing, and payments
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role preferred (3-4 years)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, polite, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical systems are a plus
