Patient Coordinator for Aesthetic Clinic - Arabic Speaking

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and guiding patients through their treatment journey

Handling patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Providing information on procedures, packages, and aftercare

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
