Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join Harmony Medical Group. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and lists.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications: **

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in (English/Arabic)
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales Ability: Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

On-Site / Abu Dhabi / willing to relocate
