Job Title: Civil Engineer (Dubai Municipality & Trakhees Approved)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 9,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approval and Trakhees approval to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction projects, obtaining authority approvals, ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and delivering projects on time while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees regulations.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, consultants, contractors, and other government authorities for approvals, inspections, and permits.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, budgets, and site progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Building Codes, HSE standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, method statements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for seamless project execution.
• Attend authority inspections and ensure timely project approvals and completion certificates.
• Support project planning, estimation, and resource management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Approval (Mandatory).
• Valid Trakhees Engineer Approval (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality and Trakhees approval procedures and regulations.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
