Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative and diverse design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations for residential spaces and home extensions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max).
• Select and source furniture, materials, lighting, color schemes, finishes, curtains, woodwork, and décor elements.
• Present design proposals clearly and persuasively, converting ideas into approved design solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, accessibility, and building regulations.
• Produce professional visual presentations for marketing purposes (e.g., Instagram and other platforms) to attract and engage clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to transform design concepts into content that generates client leads.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Prepare and share quotations with the China team for price validation; coordinate with suppliers in China, follow up on production and shipping, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, innovations, and new market solutions.
• Present and promote design concepts to clients, converting presentations into confirmed purchase agreements.
