Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems across all locations
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot POS system errors and coordinate with vendors when required
- Ensure system security, data backup, and smooth integration with ERP/accounting systems
- Monitor network performance and maintain IT infrastructure
- Support new store openings with IT setup and system implementation
- Train staff on POS usage and basic troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with POS systems
- Experience in QSR or F&B industry is required
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system troubleshooting
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple outlets
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
