Job Title: Legal Consultant – Business Development (Legal Firm)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant – Business Development with proven experience in a UAE legal firm, preferably in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local legal market and a successful track record in acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth for legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new legal clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key stakeholders across Abu Dhabi.
• Identify opportunities for legal advisory, litigation, corporate, commercial, and other legal services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Collaborate with legal consultants and partners to prepare proposals and service agreements.
• Maintain an active network within the Abu Dhabi business community.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets set by the firm.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and business forums.
• Ensure excellent client relationship management and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; legal qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within a legal firm in the UAE.
• Strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge and an established network of corporate clients.
• Proven experience in generating business for legal services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
