Photographer / Videographer and Editor

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented videographer, photographer, and editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography and Videography

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photos, videos and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, websites, advertisements and internal use.
• Capture professional photographs, videos and create content for products, events, campaigns, marketing materials etc.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with drone videography and photography.

2.  Editing & Post-production

• Handle end-to-end production — from concept to final delivery.
• Edit visual content using advanced tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects etc.
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform optimization (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Format and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring correct specifications (e.g., aspect ratios for social media).

3. Content Planning & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and visual strategies.
• Participate in pre-production activities, including storyboarding, scripting, and location scouting.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and campaign objectives.

4. Project Execution & Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for efficient access and content management.

5. Innovation & Trend Awareness

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in photography, videography, and editing.
• Propose fresh, creative ideas to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Strong command of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects .
• Proficient in operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment .
• Deep understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, and pacing .
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in crafting engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
