Job Purpose: Supervise piping fabrication, installation, and testing for process gas, lube oil, and utility systems in live refinery brownfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise piping fabrication and installation per ASME B31.3
- Coordinate welding activities and weld traceability
- Ensure compliance with ASME IX welding standards
- Manage NDT coordination (RT/UT/MT/PT per piping class)
- Pressure testing and leak testing execution
- Hot work permit coordination in live refinery
- Flange management and bolt torquing protocols
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years refinery piping installation with 5+ years in KSA
- Welding supervision and NDT coordination experience
- ASME B31.3 and ASME IX knowledge
- Brownfield piping tie-in experience (SABIC/Aramco)
- Hot work and PTW certification
- Transferable Iqama
Preferred
- SASREF or SABIC refinery piping experience
- 6G welder certification (if coming from trades background)
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
