Job Summary

Al Zaabi Group is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Automotive Service Advisor with a strong background in premium multi-brand vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and accurately assess vehicle concerns and service requirements.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and prepare detailed job cards.
  • Explain repair recommendations, maintenance requirements, timelines, and costs to customers.
  • Prepare quotations and obtain customer approvals before commencing repairs.
  • Coordinate with workshop supervisors, technicians, and spare parts teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery while maintaining premium service standards.
  • Promote preventive maintenance, service packages, genuine spare parts, and accessories.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Review completed repairs before vehicle handover and explain work carried out.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain accurate service records using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and service revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
  • Mandatory experience handling premium multi-brand vehicles, including brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, Lexus, Volvo, Bentley, Maserati, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, or similar luxury brands.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and workshop operations.
  • Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of premium automotive systems.
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to upsell service packages, maintenance contracts, and accessories.
  • Strong coordination skills with workshop, warranty, and spare parts teams.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
