Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technician Officer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across all clinic branches, with hands-on expertise in HVAC (AC systems), electrical works, and general facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for air conditioning systems (split, package, and duct types).
• Handle electrical wiring, lighting systems, and power distribution safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure all maintenance records are updated.
• Coordinate with branch managers for maintenance schedules and emergencies.
• Support other technical tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in general maintenance and AC/electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple branches.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
