Warehouse Helper (Female)

Job Overview

The Warehouse Helper is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain efficient inventory management and smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, verifying, and processing incoming shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Support order picking, packing, and dispatching activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and ensuring proper storage.
• Assist in inspecting the physical condition of the warehouse, equipment, and storage areas, reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards, including Good Storage Practice (GSP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and records control to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to warehouse management, material handling, and record-keeping.
• Assist in warehouse housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and organized working environment.
• Support the implementation of best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and minimize errors.

Experience & Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
