Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator. The role, located in Dubai, involves coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring efficient patient flow in the healthcare facility. The Patient Coordinator will also assist with processing and managing patient-related documentation and provide support to the medical team as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing patient records and appointments
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and data entry systems
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
