We are a compassionate, multidisciplinary clinic in Dubai dedicated to supporting children, adults, families and schools through comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, and hands-on therapeutic support.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a DHA Licensed Clinical Psychologist. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct neuro-developmental assessments, provide counselling and evidence-based interventions for children of all ages, develop and manage individualized treatment plans. The role also involves close multidisciplinary collaboration with internal team members, schools, and families to ensure integrated and holistic support for each child.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide individual, group and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Liaise closely with schools and educators to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through tailored recommendations and intervention strategies.
• Offering Clinical Supervision

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• DHA licensure as a Clinical Psychologist is mandatory
• Extensive experience in mental health settings, managing a diverse caseload
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage
• Interest in contributing to service development initiatives
• An established patient referral network and strong community presence are highly desirable
